Le Alcove has complied with the safety protocol for the management of Covid-19.
All the activities undertaken guarantee guests and staff high standards of hygiene and safety.
The ROOMS are sanitized at every check-in, as are curtains and bedspreads.
COMMON AREAS are peiodically sanitized; air circulation and social distancing is guaranteed.
The DEHUMIDIFICATION and the AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS are sanitized at every check-in. Upon request, the customer can decide to only use the underfloor cooling system.
DISINFECTANT GEL are available to guests and staff; it is required to sanitize your hands before entering the reception and breakfast room.
MASKS and GLOVES are always available to guests and staff.
The ROOMS of Le Alcove enjoy a privileged position due to the fact of having independent entrances. It is not required to go to the reception or other common areas in order to reach your room.
The WEB CHECK-IN service can be used to allow guests to make the check-in and go to the reception only to collect the electronic key in order to avoid gatherings.
For small groups or families, the group leader will collect the key.
Tables are spaced as per the security protocol. Sitting outside is also permitted.
The buffet is suspended. Only table service is guaranteed.
Time slot shall be scheduled in order to safely access the breakfast room.
Room service shall also be possible.
Quality and quantity of local products will not impaired.
CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAY
For stays longer than one night, the room will be cleaned (sanitized) daily with a change of towels and bed linen, unless otherwise requested by the guests.
The standard NIGHT TURN-DOWN SERVICE will be suspended to avoid contamination of the environment after morning sanitation. Any such service might howerver be reinstated upon request.
All staff have been trained according to OMS guidelines.
